Stewardship of Footprints begins with understanding how each footprint matters: personally and collectively.
Our team engages students and educators to examine environmental issues and how our choices can make a difference. SOF integrates mindfulness practices to engage classes in thoughtful discussions and community engagement. In each class, students learn how they can be responsible stewards of their footprints in practical and enjoyable ways.
We have created a free survey that to help you assess your personal priorities and feelings about recycling. Download the survey, fill it out, and share your findings with your family, friends, or room mates. Understanding helps us make positive changes.
We teach students the importance of being stewards to this beautiful planet we call home.
We work one-on-one with schools to identify their goals. Then, we create a custom program to promote long-term sustainability for future generations. SOF programs encourage students and educators to take an active role in developing their unique plans using various resources (including grants, partnerships, etc.). Through SOF, our goal is to reach students, educators, and our wider community with education about ecological footprints and their impact. We currently offer programs for grades K-12. Early education is now more important than ever.
